Superior Drummer 3 Bolt4Crus Preset

This preset tries to recreate the drum tones of Bolt Thrower "The IVth Crusade" album (1992). Useful for old school Death Metal songs.

I also made 4 macro controls to further customize the sound:

• Snare transient attack
• Toms transient attack
• Tape saturation: tape saturation drive on output
• Comp makeup gain: compression makeup gain on output
